Do you have a showroom?
Yes! – We use the fabulous PWS Design Center located in Slough which showcases the complete Second Nature and 1909 kitchen ranges.
Featuring 27 realistically-sized kitchen displays and a design hub across the 7,000 sq. ft. ground floor and 14 Kindred bedroom displays together with Kessebohmer storage, Sensio lighting and more across the upper floor, it’s the perfect place to start seeing your plans come to life – just ask to book your visit.
Do you do home visits at a time to suit me?
Yes – We are more than happy to visit your home at a day or evening time to suit – just ask!

I’m having other works carried out on my home – can you work with my builder?
Yes – The Redwood team has a lot of experience completing projects in association with client appointed trades.
How long will the installation take?
Every kitchen or bedroom is different. In general a week is the average length of a basic installation, however factors such as the amount of preparation of the room requires such as moving walls, plastering, electrical and plumbing works and so on will vary. As part of the quote we will give an estimate of the length of the job.
Can you guarantee that my job will be done quickly?
We work hard to minimise the disruption caused during the installation, and always keep you advised of any issues encountered. Our experience, knowledge of the industry and spares inventory also help keep the job moving if we encounter problems during the fit. We also try hard not to have multiple jobs running at the same time which means we give 100% to the job at hand. At the end of the installation we want you to recommend us to your friends and family – it’s the best type of advertising that money can’t buy.
What about Tiles & Flooring?
We don’t supply tiles, however we have partnered with Wokingham Tiles. When you select your tiles we will advise of the quantities required and arrange for the tiles to be delivered and fitted by our tiler. We do recommend, supply and fit Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) floors such as Karndean and Polyflor Camaro which we think are particularly suited to the rigours of a kitchen.
What are the steps to getting my kitchen installed?
Following acceptance of our quote and payment of the deposit, we will set the technical survey and installation dates. The technical survey confirms the state of the electrical, plumbing and gas services which may need updating to bring into line with current regulatory standards. The fit date is generally a day or two after the delivery of the furniture. In this way we can make sure we have a complete room to install to replace the old one taken out!
What guarantees do you give?
Subject to terms, we guarantee our kitchen cabinets for 10 years and workmanship 1 year. We fully support the manufacturer’s warranty on all product we supply.
