How a Redwood project develops
The stages create clarity and continuity, while leaving room for your household, your decisions and your project to move at an appropriate pace.

Start with a conversation
Tell us where you are in your journey and what you are considering. We will respond personally and agree whether a discovery visit is the most useful next step.
The first visit is exploratory. No design decisions are expected.

Understand your home
We listen to how the room works now, what frustrates you and what you want daily life to feel like. We consider the space, routines, priorities and practical constraints before proposing solutions.
Being properly heard is the foundation of a design you will not regret.

Explore the design direction
Your brief is translated into an initial layout and visual direction. We explain the thinking, relate it back to your priorities and invite honest reactions before details begin to harden.
Feedback is the goal at this stage – not immediate agreement.

Refine the choices and detail
The layout, materials, finishes, storage and appliances are progressively resolved alongside the likely investment. For selected projects, a guided Design Centre visit helps you compare choices together.
The outcome is a developed, clearly specified and priced project plan.

Confirm and prepare
Before orders are placed, we verify the scope, technical details, responsibilities and dependencies. You receive clear confirmation of what happens next and how the work will be prepared and sequenced.
Confidence comes from visible control and documented clarity.

Install, hand over and support
We coordinate the work, protect your home and keep you informed as the kitchen takes shape. At handover, we check the finished room with you, explain care and operation, and remain available afterwards.
The kitchen may be finished, but the relationship is not.
A framework, not a conveyor belt
Projects do not all move at the same speed. Decisions sometimes need time, circumstances change and useful pauses are normal. The process provides structure without manufacturing urgency: we agree the next worthwhile step when you are ready to take it.
